CURBED SF
After going through a major renovation since its last sale price of $4,125,000 in March of 2009, this now 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom Pacific Avenue home in San Francisco is now being listed at $12,900,000. Though it is pretty amazing, minus some of the light fixtures, is it worth a 300% plus increase!?! The patio is pretty dreamy and as one Curbed commenter pointed out, it is a pretty good place for a smoke.
