I was going to make the lasagna that my mother-in-law made and left in the freezer for dinner that I am sure would be amazing...But then I saw this recipe. This might have to be dinner tonight. The lasagna will be tomorrow...
UPDATE: So, I made this last night. Our house wreaks of onion and the caramelizing was a little time consuming but Holy Crap, it was good!! This is a repeat. Oh! And I forgot to get good crunchy bread. That really would have sealed the deal.
