Looks like this baroque-hippie designer has gone a little black and white bohemian. Sera Hersham Loftus, aka Madame Sera the London designer for the Brit 'It' girls, has redone her Alma Square, London home again and now it is listed as a tv, video, photo and film location on Shoot Factory.
