shelter mags!!!!!

I'm back!  Sorry for no posts this week!  My kids actually fell asleep on the third floor while I was able to make dinner and catch up with my husband on the first floor.  I couldn't believe it.  So that meant limited surfing and no posting.
But I came across something that just needed to be posted!
If you have been on this site before, you have seen my posts about Lonny Magazine, the online shelter magazine that filled the void when Domino Magazine closed its doors.  Since they began, other shelter magazines have been appearing on line and for a while now, I have been meaning to post about all the great magazines that are out there.
Now, with the recent launch of HIGH GLOSS magazine, how could I not sit down and and write about them.
Another shelter magazine!!  I am so excited.

HIGH GLOSS magazine is newly launched and founded by Paloma Contreras of La Dolce Vita.  I love the spread of Tia Zolden's home as seen in some photos below.  This is a great premiere issue and I can't wait for the next one!

IVY & PIPER has recently release their 3rd issue, this one called the 'Love Issue".  Started by 2 women from Australia, Melanie and Elizabeth, who met at design school, this magazine is only getting better and better.

ADORE, another Australian home and lifestyle magazine, was founded and created by designer Toni Parker and has recently published its third issue, The British Edition.

RUE, also on its third issue, was created by Crystal Gentilello of Plush Palate and Anne Sage of The City Sage.

All the issues are great but this room is amazing!

LONNY, the first online shelter magazine, is now on its 9th issue having launched in October 2009.  Founded by designer Michelle Adams, of the M.A. Belle blog and Rubie Green fabrics, and photographer Patrick Cline, this magazine has so much staying power that it is already a collector's item with all issues available for purchase in print.

Enjoy your weekend full of design!!!!!!!!
