Was Dougie (I mean Doogie!!) Howser worried about his self portrait over his fireplace (go to the 1:10 mark if you can't watch the whole thing but it really is worth it!)? Is that why he apologized to Victor Newman after he called him a d-bag on Twitter? Or was it that Victor called him a whippersnapper?
At least he didn't call him a PUNK!!
