Cortney and Bob Novogratz of Sixx Design and 9 by Design fame have sold one of their homes in Manhattan or it is at least in contract from its $12.95 million price tag. This home has been all over the internet for a while but I never noticed the glossy white ceilings and walls. Beautiful.
