Sara Ruffin Costello, former creative director of terrific shelter magazine, Domino, has listed her 4,290 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhouse for $12,950,000. Not bad considering she and her husband, well known interior and fashion photographer Paul Costello, bought the home in 2003 for $2,650,000.
