Penelope Cruz, who celebrated her 36th birthday last Wednesday, has listed her Sunset Strip area residence for $3,695,000. This 3,334 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, has a lot of potential but as it has been out for lease and location rentals since 2008, there is not a whole lot of personality. And the green kitchen and patio doors!?! The deck and living room are pretty amazing though.
