But not until Tiger has his custody agreement in tact and the division of the properties settled. Speculation is that the divorce might be filed in Sweden where some say Elin plans to move or in Florida. Either way, Tiger wants to be able to fight Elin on their decided custody agreement, joint or visitation rights for Tiger, if she does not comply and of course, to make the whole thing as hush-hush as possible. Hope it doesn't get nasty.
