Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were seen out shopping yesterday in LA with their super cute kids, Harlow and Sparrow. Some blogs are speculating that Nicole is preggers again. I suppose it is possible but it is also possible that it is a little extra 2 baby belly that she will get rid of soon enough. Who knows though that second picture....
